Shipping Charges Are To Be Borne By The Customers.

Shipping Charges For Mumbai Region Are Rs.50 Per Kg, Shipping Charges For All Domestic Parcels Are Rs.80 Per Kg. Shipping Charges for North-east India and Jammu-Kashmir are Rs.120 Per Kg

Shipping Charges Are Calculated On actual Weight Of Your Parcel.

We ship through reputed courier companies only.Please note we do not use speed post.

We Take Lot Of Efforts And Pay Attention To All Items In Your Order And Hence We Take Time In Processing
And Packaging Your Order. We Usually Try To Ship Your Order On Same Day If Payment Is Received Before
Noon. Else It Will Be Shipped Next Day.

Orders Are Shipped In Order Of Receiving Payment.
However Sometimes During Festival Season Shipping Might Be Delayed Due To More No Of Orders. But Be
Assured That We Will Update you In Those Case.

After Your Order Is Dispatched We will Provide you With Tracking No. Next Day Via Email, Whatsapp or SMS. You Can
Track Your Parcel On Respective Courier Company’s Website.

Usually All Orders Are Received Within 3 To 5 Working Days. However Sometimes It Can Be Delayed Due To
Delivery Person Unable To Reach You, Any Natural Disaster In Your Region, Bank Holidays Or Festival
Season Or Local Holidays In Your Region. Also, In Some Remote Places Delivery May Be Delayed Upto
7 Days..

For Big Parcels Or Bulky Items Or Wholesale Orders Sent Via Road Transport It Can Take Anywhere From 8
To 10 Days To Receive The Parcel

However In Case We Are Not Available To Answer U Then Receive The Parcel And When You Sign On Proof Of
Delivery Mention There “Parcel Received In Damaged Condition” Also Try To Take Picture Of Your Signed
Receipt And Send Us So We Can Claim The Same To The Company
Also After Receiving Parcel Take Pictures Of Damaged Packaging Or Articles And Report To Us Within 48
Hours With All Details Via Email Or Phone Or Whatsapp.

 Returns & Exchanges
We Do Not Accept Returns Unless –

• Wrong Items Sent To You.

• Defective Item Sent To You.

• Item Damaged
During Transit [will Be Replaced Only If Your Parcel Was Insured].

To Return The Item Please Pack It Well. Any Item Damaged Due To Faulty Packaging Will Not Be Eligible
For Returns Or Replacement. Also If Original Packaging Has Been Tampered Or Seal Is Broken Then It Will
Not Be Eligible For Replacement.

For Any Discrepancy Regarding Your Order Please Write Or Call To Us Within 72 Hours. Beyond This
Timeline We Will Not Be Able To Help.
Also Shipping Charges For Replacement Or Return To Be Borne By The Buyer.

We Will Ship Out Replacement On Receiving The Parcel Sent By Buyer And After Ensuring That It is Intact. Replacements Will be Dispatched/Shipped out in 2-3 Working days depending on the availability of stock.
In Case Similar Item Is Not Available For Replacement We Will Offer You Other Item Of Same Or Lesser
Value As Replacement.  Same will we Dispatched/Shipped within 2-3 working days. Tracking ID will be shared immediately after dispatch via Whatsapp and EMAIL id as provided by the  buyer


In Case Of Refunds , it will  be initiated immediately after receiving a complete UNBOXING video of the Wrong/Damaged/Defective product.

Refunds will be made through Bank transfer/UPI or any other mode as requested by the buyer.

The Wrong/Damaged/Defective package/Parcel/products on which refunds are to be initiated can be kept with the buyer for free. There is no need to courier/ship it back. Ultimate decision of the Wrong/Damaged/Defective  package/Parcel/products lies with the Buyer/User.
